To register for CORE training, you must hold a health professional qualification.

Face-to-face delivery of CORE training is facilitated by one or more PRS instructors that have been certified by the New Zealand Resuscitation Council (minimum & maximum participant numbers enforced).

The program is designed to help health professionals work in teams, simulating real-life resuscitation scenarios. It includes various modules covering essential practical skills in resuscitation. Formal assessments evaluate both practical skills and theoretical knowledge, including cardiac rhythms in CORE Advanced.

Learners must access the appropriate resuscitation guide (available from the NZ Resuscitation Council shop) ahead of training.
